Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all digital products and personal development services offered under the Kahit Kabado™ brand by Gia Abao. 


Any individual placing an order through our official sales pages and completing payment via Xendit is considered a “client” and agrees to these terms. These Terms also apply to any future digital products, course updates, or programs released under the Kahit Kabado™ brand, unless otherwise stated.

Article 2: Orders

By placing an order, the client fully accepts these terms. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed via Xendit.

Article 3: Pricing

Prices are quoted in Philippine pesos (₱), inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time; however, clients will only be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is accepted exclusively via Xendit. Xendit supports the following payment channels in the Philippines:

• Credit Cards / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB; eligibility for American Express may be subject to approval)
• E‑Wallets: GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, ShopeePay
• Direct Debit / Bank Transfer: BPI and UBP, among others
• PayLater (installment services): Billease

Xendit processes all payments securely. We do not store any payment details.

Article 5: Delivery

All digital products (ebooks, worksheets, webinar replays, courses, and coaching access) are delivered right away through email or your WordPress customer portal.

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with clear instructions on how to access your purchase.

If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. To make sure you enjoy a smooth experience, kindly double-check that the email address you entered is correct.

Article 6: Anti-Piracy and Intellectual Property
All content (digital products, course materials, worksheets, replays) is for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, copying, or resale, whether digital or printed, is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in legal action and forfeiture of service access, as well as necessary compliance with Philippine intellectual property laws.

All rights to content, branding, frameworks, and course materials remain the exclusive property of Gia Abao and the Kahit Kabado™ brand.

Article 7: Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all sales are final once delivery has occurred. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for completed purchases, including ebooks, webinars, courses, or digital coaching programs. 


Refunds will not be issued for failure to download, view, or use the product once access has been granted, as delivery is considered complete upon successful access or email confirmation.
Refunds will only be issued in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate Payment – If a customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same item or order
  • The refund will cover the duplicate transaction only.
  • Proof of duplicate payment (e.g., transaction receipts or bank confirmation) must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Processing or System Error – If a technical issue on our end (e.g., payment gateway or delivery malfunction) results in non-receipt of a purchased product despite confirmed payment, and we fail to resolve the issue after verification by our support team within 7 calendar days of reporting.

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after verification.

For assistance, customers may email hello@kahitkabado.com with their full name, transaction ID, payment proof, and a short description of the issue.

Requests submitted after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase may not be eligible for review.


Article 8: Personal Data Protection

We value your privacy. Any personal data collected (such as name, email, and payment information) is used solely for fulfillment of orders and communication about your purchase.

By purchasing, you consent to receive email communications from Kahit Kabado™. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).


Article 9: Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Cavite, Philippines.

Article 10: Access and Usage Rights
Access to digital products, courses, and coaching materials is granted for personal use only. Clients may not transfer, sell, or share login credentials with others.

Any suspicious activity (e.g., account sharing, simultaneous logins from multiple devices, or unauthorized distribution) may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
For webinar replays, please note that access links and content are updated or rotated on a monthly basis to ensure the best learning experience.

We recommend watching the replay immediately after payment, as continued access to a specific replay cannot be guaranteed once new content replaces it.

If you experience access issues or fail to receive your replay, please email hello@kahitkabado.com, and our team will assist you in restoring access whenever possible.

However, requests made after the replay has been replaced or expired are no longer eligible for reactivation or refund, in accordance with Article 7.

Article 11: Coaching and Service Disclaimer

Our coaching, webinars, and courses are designed to give you tools, strategies, and support to build confidence and improve your communication skills.

Many clients see significant progress when they practice consistently. However, your results will always depend on your personal effort, application, and commitment.

Kahit Kabado™ provides guidance and resources but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as grades, promotions, or employment opportunities.

Article 12: Limitation of Liability

Kahit Kabado™ is committed to providing you with high-quality resources and coaching to support your growth.

While every effort is made to deliver clear, helpful, and practical guidance, we cannot be held responsible for factors outside our control, such as how the materials are applied or external circumstances affecting your performance.

By using our products and services, you agree that Kahit Kabado™’s responsibility is limited to the value of the product or service you purchased.

Article 13: Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, natural disasters, government restrictions).

Article 14: Modifications of Terms

Kahit Kabado™ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our products or services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
